A company is checked by our team before its listing goes public — we look at who they are and that the business exists. Verification is separate from registration on purpose: you can create an account and start working in about a minute, and verification follows. Ratings are separate again, and come only from buyers who have dealt with the company.

Send a purchase request. You say what you want, how much and what you would like to pay, and it goes to the supplier — who can accept it in one click or come back with their own price and lead time. You can send the same request to several suppliers at once and compare the answers side by side; each of them only ever sees their own.

No. Sellers choose which units they trade in — piece, box, pallet or full truck — and each product shows what is available and its minimum order. Some shops sell single pieces to consumers, others only in volume to businesses, and many do both.

Usually the supplier ships directly to you, and the product page says where it ships from. Where you need it, our logistics team arranges freight — from a single pallet to a full truckload — so you are not managing forwarders yourself.

Meat and food listings record the animal, the storage condition and the certification separately, because they are separate facts — chicken is not Halal by default. A Halal badge only shows publicly when there is real evidence behind it: a certificate number or an uploaded document, or our own verification. It stops showing when the certificate expires.
